To create a transparent and interactive customer experience, Solaroo developed a mobile app under the same name. Apart from granting customers the autonomy to monitor their solar generation and saving, the Solaroo app is also designed to help them track and pay their bills.
Before digitalising their operations, Solaroo also manually collected payments and matched invoices to their customers.
