The Challenge

The first YOTEL in Asia, YOTEL Singapore offers minimalist luxury for solo and small-group travellers. 2C2P has been a proud partner from day one, with our solutions implemented ahead of their opening in October 2017.

When YOTEL Singapore needed a solution to enable payments for direct bookings, their banking partner suggested us and the rest was history.

With 2C2P’s QuickPay, YOTEL Singapore can generate digital direct mailers or electronic invoices with a predefined recipient, product description, payment amount, offer limit and payment expiry for customers to accept and pay. Upon clicking the “PAY” button or the payment link, YOTEL Singapore’s customers will be redirected to 2C2P’s payment page, and the sales will be instantly captured. On top of this, YOTEL is empowered to monitor the click and take-up rate through 2C2P’s online QuickPay portal. Through this solution, YOTEL Singapore is able to offer a secure and efficient payment channel for room bookings and small-scale corporate and private events.

In response to the pandemic and subsequent Work-from-Home measures, YOTEL Singapore also launched a Grind and Dine package in November 2020, allowing people to work from the well-appointed restaurant and business centre on the hotel premises. QuickPay also powered the payments process for this, providing a seamless booking experience for guests.
